The location of this new community is on the Bocas Del Toro archipelagos. These islands are just a mile off the Caribbean coast of the Republic of Panama,
next to the Costa Rican border. The islands are truly spectacular; rolling hills, dense forest, little creeks, secluded bays and quiet beaches throughout. The flora and fauna diversity here are incredible! |
Much important scientific research and conservation efforts are being done in the area by The Smithsonian, The World Wildlife Federation, CARIBARU, and
other ecological entities, assuring a permanent and healthful environment.
Ten years of planning and research has gone into establishing this new community. Numerous people have put their ideas into the project, including engineers, architects, artists, business people, urban planners,
professors, conservationist, ecologists, and more.
| The plan, in cooperation with the locals, is to establish a stable, diverse and effective economy -- within a showcase of environmental conservatism -- that will include tourism, small businesses, environmental and ecological research, light industry (exotic-wood custom furniture making, fish/shrimp farms, exotic orchids nursery, hand-crafted island products, etc.). |

In addition, the islands will be equipped with comprehensive medical centers, both traditional and Homeopathic and educational facilities using internet and local campus for students of all ages. We'll also have clubs, restaurants, live theater venues, cafe / bistros, bakeries, bookstores, churches, etc., everything a living community needs and wants! |
Many of the occupations or serious Hobbies/interests that you had before can be re-vitalized or re-directed into new successful interests within the community.
The opportunities are great!
We're sure almost everyone who wants to come can find some way of making out, and with the low overhead/cost of living, can find a way without being a slave to a job 24x7.
